Card Making: Day 26

Just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Halloween.  Putting tags on a card is a great idea.  The recipient can use the tag as a bookmark or an ornament.  The fibers in the tag hanger are just given a stitch to hold in place - but it is easily removable and reusable.  The card is 5″ x 7″ card and the envelope fits it perfectly.
