The Talent in Our Gallery is Fantastic

I love this card by Andrea Wiebe. She posted it over at our Blog Challenge Gallery! I get inspired just looking through the cards there. I love the idea of using scraps to make a ‘quilted’ design - as Andrea created here! So cute, and just look at those little pieces - you could use so many scraps up!! Did she use circles to create the scalloped edge?? How clever!!
